Occupancy
The number of occupants for each rental is strictly enforced based on the rate paid. If you intend to have friends visit you during your stay you must let us know. .
Please note the pool at Fairhill Farm is for the guests at The Carriage House and Carrie's Cottage only.

Payments
Full Payment with tax required for reservation. Deposit and payment may be made by check (address below) or via Venmo (username Alton-Keel-2) or Paypal with 3% fee (email alton@fairhillfarmussa.com)

Cancellation
Cancellations notice must be received at least 60 days prior to schedule arrival for a full refund and 50% refund if before 30 days. Guests cancelling less than 30 days prior to stay will receive a refund only if the property can be re-rented.
Restrictions
We do not allow smoking or pets in any of our rentals. In the event that the owners determine, at any time, that these restrictions have been violated, they reserve the right to terminate your stay immediately and retain all payments and deposits.
